No Tag Return and Refund Policy
At No Tag, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your item.
1. Refunds
- We offer a 30-day refund policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at helpnotag@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
3. Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items Certain types of items cannot be refunded, such as:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
- If your refund request is approved, you will be notified by email, and the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at helpnotag@gmail.com.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
